The event is held annually to showcase Yuba-Sutter-Colusa United Way’s Partner Agencies and the vital work these non-profits are doing in our local community. The event is open to all non-profit and governmental agencies. Our goal is to reach "at-risk" community members.
This year’s event includes a free barbecue lunch, kids' fun run, hourly drawings, educational information about community resources and activities for all ages.
There is no cost for non-profit and governmental agencies to participate.
Business sponsorships ($250) are available by calling Yuba-Sutter-Colusa United Way at 530-743-1847 or sending an email to info@yscunitedway.org.
Activities will include:
- Educational Information
- Free Lunch
- Free Prize Drawings
- Kid’s Fun Run
- Activities for all ages!
Participating agencies agree to:
- Arrive by 9:15 a.m. to set up and stay until 1:00 p.m.
- Provide own tables, chairs, and optional shade (10’x10’ max).
- Bring at least one item to contribute to the drawings held throughout the event.
- In keeping with the spirit of our community event, please do not plan fundraising activities during the fair.
- Help promote the fair by sharing with residents via email, flyers, and social media.
